I was wondering why I was doing so bad in the NFL so I looked at some of my posts and noticed that I am playing way too many games so I am going to be more selective and turn things around. I am looking at 4 games this Sunday instead of the 9 games I played last Sunday. Anyways I have 2 that I have already got down on and here they are:
4* Bengals +2 -102 Bengals are coming off a bye week and I believe Marvin Lewis will have his team ready to play this Sunday. If the Bengals don't self destruct (turnovers and penalties) which I don't think will happen I see the Bengals winning this game SU. The Ravens are not very good on offense except for Jamal Lewis and I'm sure the Bengals have been preparing for the running game of the Ravens for 2 weeks now so they should slow it down and make Boller beat them through the air which won't happen. The Ravens defense is great but who knows that defense and the personal better than Marvin Lewis. I think the Bengals steal one here.
4* SD +5 -102 The Chargers are off a bye as well and Schottheimer will have the Bolts ready to go with "Marty Ball" this week. The Chargers will run the ball very well (5.15 per carry) vs the Browns rush Def. (4.83 per carry allowed). The Browns are 3-3 but have played a much weaker schedule than the Chargers. The teams that the Browns have played have a combined record of 15-19 while the chargers have played teams with a combined record of 17-12 on the year. I am in no way saying that the Chargers are a great team because they are not but they should be able to run the ball, eat up the clock, and stay within the +5 that they are getting. This is a 3 point game either way so I will gladly take the points here and wouldn't be surprised to see a SU upset!
I have 2 more games that I will add if the lines move they way I think they will.
